"By focusing on what works in the here and now, clients and I co-create effective, realistic outcomes for a desired change. Utilizing various theories and methods of practice based on the needs the clients are presenting, we work toward completion in 10-12 sessions on average. A method of practice that furthers serves my clients is the follow-up process, where over the course of one year the effectiveness of their success is monitored."By focusing on what works in the here and now, clients and I co-create effective, realistic outcomes for a desired change.
